Please excuse the mess.

The blog is going to be ugly today, until I fiddle with all the settings on my new theme. (By request, I needed to improve the readability.) I’ll have my personal brand of creepiness back into it by the end of the day.

There will be a Halloween Countdown post too … It’s about 3/4 done right now.

UPDATE: Well, that took longer than I thought it would. (And it’s still not really done, but it’s good enough for now.)

I’ve been working on my incredibly slow laptop for hours. I’m going to go take a nice hot bath and drink a glass of wine. THEN (after The Boy retires – because he has classes tomorrow – and he will have to give up the big PC) I’ll finish up the Halloween Countdown post. It will be after midnight, and thus a day late. Sigh.

But it’s either that, or I’m going to throw this overheating block of circuits through the window.
